How To Choose And Remember A Secure Password

Are you tired of forgetting your password and afraid of not choosing one that is secure enough? I have a system for you. Follow the steps below:

  1. Choose some kind of series of something that is not known by everyone. For example, a paleontologist may choose a series of dinosaurs, a doctor may choose the Latin words for the human body parts from head to toe and Japanese speaker may choose the phonetic spelling of the Japanese alphabet. Every month you go to the next word in your series.
  2. Always use one or two capital letters. Change the position of the capital letters every now and then.
  3. Pick a random FB friend (no relative or close friend), see what their birthday (month + day) is summed up together. 12-03 = 15. Add that number to your password.

Now you see that your password is easy to remember and extremely hard to guess! You might start with ‘A.Africanus23’ (a prehistoric species of the australopithecus genus + birthday of a childhood friend that you haven’t seen in years) and a month later your password will be ‘p.aEThiopicus56’. Only YOU will ever guess or remember that!
