Sitemap is required by almost all search engine webmaster tools and google xml sitemap is the easiest auto sitemap plugin that adds posts, pages, categories and tags to the sitemap and you can exclude any selected page and will also be notified if there are any new updates of google and bing.
  3. W3 Total Cache
Web caching is necessary for dynamic websites because it helps to make static temporary pages instead of performing whole processes for every visitors. W3 total cache is a complete plugin that supports all cache modules and features like web cache, data base cache, minify and cdn and that all will help to speedup your website. It is also the only cache plugin that I think is easy to setup.
  4. 404 Redirection
404 redirection is necessary because new websites always have alterations or additions and sometimes if you think to change url structures those redirection plugins will help to redirect you from previous structures to new structures and they can help to change search engine to new url.
  5. Coming Soon
If your website is in the middle of a construction process and you have something great to share to visitors in the future it is always best to get their email subscription so that you can book your future visitors. That plugin will help to edit the ‘coming soon’ page and it has different features like email subscription etc.
  6. SEO Friendly Images
If you have a lot of images on your website then sometimes it’s hard to add titles and alt tags on your images code and seo friendly images add auto alt and other tags that are really helpful to index your images on google image search engine.
  7. Broken Link Checker
    Broken Link Checker
You might have a lot of external links on your blog or website and after adding lots of content you might not remember the links you added before and you some time you don’t have access to external links and it could be deleted by the web admin and it could increase broken links and give bad reputations to visitors. So you must have the broken links checker to detect any recently broken links on your blog.
  8. Sharebar
After you are done adding decent content after a lot of hardwork, you always wanna have more viewers. Sharing to different social media websites like Facebook, twitter and Pinterest might reward you with some extra visitors.

  10. Better WP Security
WordPress is an open source cms, meaning their code is available to the public. Any hacker can take advantage and can easily hack your website so a decent security plugin is always necessary to protect your important data and it could also save from down your website.
  11. BackWPup
You can’t always trust technology and having backups is always necessary so you can restore your data if the hard disk crashes. Or maybe you wanna change servers or your site got hacked so Backwpup is a great plugin that has many flexible options to save your backup anywhere. From that plugin you can transfer your backup to dropbox or any cloud service provider and that can also save to your server and can email to anyone.

I shared almost a complete list of plugins that usually are usually required by WordPress websites. All above plugins might have alternatives but I tried to post the best of them and if you find any better plugin you can share it to us.
